Two sessions, depending on where you start.

Both last 90 minutes and cost the same. What changes is what you bring to the call.

Non-technical founders and teams

Marketing, sales, design. Bring a messy workflow. On one screen-share call we map your bottleneck and set up a working AI agent or Claude Cowork workflow directly on your machine. You leave the call with it running.

Vibe coders and technical founders

Stop fighting hallucinations. We review your repo, set up a spec-driven development harness, and configure your Claude or Cursor agents so you can ship production code without breaking what already works.

How it works

  1. Write in with what you want to fix: the workflow that keeps jamming or the repo you are fighting, and which days suit you. You get a reply within two working days with a date, or a straight no if it will not fit in 90 minutes.
  2. Before the call, have the machine it will stay running on to hand, and accounts for the tools we will use.
  3. 90 minutes on a shared screen. Everything is set up on your machine and in your accounts, with you watching, so you know how it works and how to carry on.

Price

€150, fixed, for one 90-minute session. Tool subscriptions — Claude, Cursor or others — are on your account and are not included.

We work with solo founders and companies of up to 250 people, wherever they are.

Questions

How is this different from the free trial?

The free trial is a demonstration: it is built on our machines, with your sample data, and it is not handed over. The live session is set up on your machine and in your accounts, with you watching, and it stays running.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not for the workflow session. You only need to be able to explain how you work today and what eats your time. The repo session is for people who already write or generate code.

What do I need to have ready?

The machine it will stay running on, and accounts for the tools we will use, for example a paid Claude or Cursor plan. Tool subscriptions are on your account and are not included in the price.

Who owns what gets set up?

You do. It stays on your machine, in your accounts and in your repo.
