Hi! AI automation for business: secure virtual workers (AI agents) and custom software.

We also build web apps, dashboards and landing pages that your agent can run 100%: you direct it and sign off its work. For solo founders and companies of up to two hundred and fifty people, wherever they are. Fixed scope, fixed price, and delivered fast: days for a single automation, weeks for a full build. Handed over with the source code and the documentation.

Delivered & running
−⅓

No-shows, hospitality group

Twelve sites. Every booking confirmed and reminded in the thread guests already use; a table that is cancelled is freed for someone else. Measured over the first quarter.

Fast orders and payment on WhatsApp, meal service

The day’s menu ordered in a tap and paid by Bizum in the same chat; every order lands in the calendar, so the day’s cooking is planned before the kitchen opens. The assistant answers at any hour; the owner runs the day from the same number.

One panel instead of three spreadsheets, interior design studio

Margin visible before a quote goes out, budgets as a same-day PDF, and clients following their project in their own space instead of calling.

Work

Three projects delivered, running today.

Each entry says where it stands. Delivered means finished and running for a real client.

Booking and reminder flow, twelve-site restaurant group

Guests confirm, move or cancel in the WhatsApp thread they already use: every booking gets a confirmation and a reminder before the visit, and a guest who cannot come cancels with one reply, so the table is freed in time. No-shows — bookings that never turn up — fell by roughly a third over the first quarter. Built on expressai.bot, the WhatsApp assistant platform we built and run ourselves.

Ordering site and WhatsApp assistant for a home-cooked meal service, Castellón

Customers pick from the day's menu, build an order and send it straight to WhatsApp, where they pay by Bizum in the same thread — no accounts, no payment gateway, no card details stored anywhere. The assistant answers at any hour and hands over to a person when it should, so no enquiry goes unanswered.

The owner runs the business from the same WhatsApp: asks for the day's figures, has emails drafted and sent, searches for new leads, and sends an announcement to every contact who opted in. miumarmitas.com

Gestión — a management platform for an interior design studio

Projects, rooms, elements, phases, purchases and photography in one place, replacing three spreadsheets that had to be kept in step by hand.

What the studio gets out of it: every element carries its base cost, sale price and margin, so no quote goes out below cost and the studio knows what it earns on a job before saying yes. A budget goes out the same day as a PDF instead of being copied line by line into three sheets, so quotes reach clients sooner. Purchases are tracked from shop to delivery, so nothing is bought twice or forgotten on site. And clients follow their own project in their own space, which spares the studio the daily “how is it going?” calls and shows them a business with its house in order. Full project breakdown

What gets built

Five things, done properly.

Not a menu of everything. These are the jobs that recur in companies of this size, and the ones worth automating first.

WhatsApp Business chatbot

Bookings, reminders, order updates and support routing on WhatsApp's own business platform — with a clean handover to a person the moment the conversation needs one. Built on expressai.bot, the platform we built and run ourselves.

AI that reads your documents

CVs, invoices, emails, forms. An AI assistant reads them, pulls out what matters, sorts and files them while you do something else. A person signs off before anything is committed.

Internal tools & dashboards

One screen, with permissions, that replaces the spreadsheet four people edit at once.

Web apps & client portals

Booking, quoting, onboarding, document exchange. Hosted, monitored, and yours.

Process automation

The recurring manual job — the export, the reconciliation, the Monday report — running on its own and telling you when it doesn't.

Something else?

Describe the process. If it is not a fit, you will hear why within two working days.

Start a scope

How it runs

01

You describe the process

What you want removed, roughly how often it runs, and who touches it. That is enough to answer.

02

You get a fixed scope

Within two working days: a scope with a fixed price, or a straight explanation of why it isn't a fit and what would be.

03

It ships and it's yours

From a few days for a single automation to twelve weeks for a full build. Handed over with source code and documentation you own.

Pricing

What you see is what you pay.

Start with the free trial: one process, built and shown, before anything is agreed. Then three fixed packages, and one for work that has to be scoped before it can be priced. Changes after delivery are billed by the hour at a rate you know in advance — no surprise invoices.

Trial
€0

One process, built and shown.

You name one process. Within five working days you see it running on your own sample data, and you get the fixed price to build it properly.

  • One process, one company, once.
  • Sample data you are allowed to share — anonymised is fine.
  • Built to be shown: it runs on our equipment, not connected to anything of yours.
  • Not deployed, not handed over. That is what the paid tiers are.
  • Ends with a fixed price for the real build, or a straight no.

Basic
from €400

One automation, end to end.

  • Source code and documentation handed over — yours outright
  • One integration included
  • Fixed price agreed before work starts
On your own equipment: a computer or laptop you already have. Nothing monthly.
Hosted by us instead: from €600 + €80/month.
Most popular Standard
from €800

A working first version, or automation connected to the systems you already run.

  • Everything in basic
  • Connected to your accounting, invoicing or customer records
  • Monitored, with an agreed response time when something breaks
  • New features and changes as the business shifts — €65/hour
On your own equipment: your data never leaves the building.
Hosted by us instead: from €1200 + €150/month.
Business
from €1600

Several systems or sites tied together, with a roadmap rather than a single delivery.

  • Everything in standard
  • Several systems or sites connected together
  • Named response times, agreed in writing
  • Roadmap agreed in advance — changes at €65/hour
On your own equipment: your data never leaves the building.
Hosted by us instead: from €2400 + €250/month.
Enterprise
Priced per engagement

A sector with rules about where data is allowed to live, or a scope too particular to put a number on before we have talked.

Questions

Why is this cheaper than an agency quote?

Because the work takes fewer hours than it used to. AI handles the repetitive part — the groundwork, the first drafts, the routine checks — so a project that once needed a team of four for three months can be done properly by one senior engineer in weeks. The saving is in hours, not in standards. Architecture is still decided before any code is written, security is still reviewed, the work is still left clean enough for someone else to pick up, and it is still checked before it ships. These prices sit under what an agency would quote for the same scope — by the margin the hours explain, not by a margin that should worry you.

So the code is written by AI?

AI is a tool in the process, the way a power tool is in a workshop. It is supervised and orchestrated by a software engineer who reads every line, decides the structure, and is answerable for what ships. Nothing reaches production because a model produced it. If that distinction did not hold, the price would be the only thing you were buying.

Can I start with basic and upgrade later?

Yes, and that is what most people should do. Whatever basic delivered is credited in full — you never pay twice for the same code. Upgrade within three months and you pay the difference between the two tiers. After that it is quoted, because building in two phases takes longer than building once: a second round of scoping, deployment and testing. If you are on cloud, the monthly moves to the rate for the new tier from the month the upgrade goes live.

What is the catch with the free one?

There is no hidden one, but there is a real limit. The trial is a demonstration, not a delivery: it runs on sample data on our equipment, it is not connected to anything of yours, and the code is not handed over. That is the whole difference between it and basic. It costs a few days of one engineer’s time, and it is offered because seeing your own process running is the only argument worth making. If you go ahead, nothing about the trial is charged for — the build starts from the tier you pick. One per company, and it can be declined if the process is not a fit. You would hear that within two working days rather than a month later.

What do I actually own at the end?

The source code, the documentation, and the right to do whatever you like with both. No licence, no per-seat fee, no permission needed to hire someone else to change it. If you host it yourself, there is nothing left to pay.

Should you host it, or should we?

Keep it in-house if your data cannot leave the building. It does not need a server room — it can run on a computer or laptop you already have. Let us host it if you would rather not think about it: it costs more because it includes the hosting, the backups, the updates and someone keeping an eye on it. Most companies of this size have us host it.

It is one engineer. What if something happens?

You own the source code and the documentation from day one, and both are written so another developer can pick them up without an introduction. Red4Image holds the relationship, not an individual, and a second engineer is already familiar with the work. Nothing here depends on one person staying reachable forever.
